Once a month we hold a seminar downstairs that features everything you need to know to start your journey into the wonderful world of wine appreciation.

• We’ll introduce you to the most important grapes grown around the world.

• You’ll learn the difference between “old world” and “new world” wines.

• We’ll show you how to taste like a wine pro, and what we look for when we’re tasting wines

• You’ll learn what to do when wine is being served to you in a restaurant.

• We’ll discuss how wine works with food, and what the important characteristics are in a wine and the dish its being paired with to make them work together.

• We’ll demonstrate how wine should be served to maximize your enjoyment.

• You’ll learn more about how wine is made, why it is special, and what how things like oak barrels impact a wine’s flavors.

 

This is your chance to taste a variety of wines side-by-side and see the differences! Even better, you’ll have a chance to ask all the questions of a wine professional who’s been doing this for almost 20 years, and has made all the mistakes for you!
